On June 15, 2021, Applied Training Solutions (ATS) won a contract award to operate the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Distance Learning Program (MCDLP) Learning Resource Centers (LRC). It was awarded by Marine Corps Systems Command.

The contract has a period of performance of five-and-half years. ATS will provide operational support for the current 40 MCDLP LRC facilities and establishing new LRCs and/or relocating existing centers as needed.

“We are excited about our support to Marine Corp Learning Resource Centers, and ATS recognizes the importance and criticality of this mission and having a trained and well-educated Marine,” said Jason Bewley, ATS President.

ATS will also support the facilitation of distance learning for students of the College of Distance Education and Training, provide services for MarineNet capabilities to military (U.S. and International) and Government Civilian students, and review current and newly developed courses to ensure proper workability of the courses prior to going live online.
