Elearning! Media Group (EMG) recently announced the finalists for the 2013 Learning! 100 Award. Featured in the top 25 were four Team Orlando members: ADL (23), JTIEC (19), UCF-IST (16) and STTC’s USC Institute for Creative Technologies (14).

Magazine in four different places on the annually publicized list,” stated Kent Gritton, Director, JTIEC. “This is the fourth consecutive year for this award for Team Orlando and we are proud to be associated with such an impressive variety of other prestigious organizations.”

The annual Learning! 100 Award recognizes 60 corporate and 40 public sector organizations for outstanding learning culture, innovation or collaboration that drives performance. “The top-ranked organizations all drive innovation and learning impact across their organizations,” said Jerry Roche, Editorial Director, EMG. “Honorees are cut across all industries and organization sizes, from 5 to 1.6 million employees.”

The final Learning! 100 rankings were revealed at the Awards Dinner and Reception held at the Enterprise Learning! Conference & Expo (ELCE), on Aug. 26 in Anaheim, Calif., where some of the winners chose to present at the Conference that was held on Aug. 26-28, 2013, at the Anaheim Convention Center. “There is no greater way to leverage their expertise and knowledge than to create a learning opportunity for our industry,” cited Joe DiDonato, Awards Chair. “These leaders not only develop high-performing, innovative organizations, they are mentoring and coaching future leaders attending ELCE.”

Each listed winner receives a crystal pillar weighing 6 pounds. “Congratulations to you and your team,” Catherine Upton, Elearning! publisher said. “You are making us all smarter.”

The 2014 Learning! 100 Awards Applications will be available mid October 2013. Award winners will be notified in February 2014 of status. The Learning! 100 Award Dinner and Reception is slated for Aug. 25, 2014, at the Enterprise Learning! Conference in Anaheim, CA.
