Hatalom Corporation is pleased to announce its recent acquisition of Eagle 6 Technical Services, LLC, a leading small business in cybersecurity services and mission command training exercise support, integration, and technical services.
“The acquisition of Eagle 6 was a natural fit within Hatalom’s corporate culture and values,” said John Hinnant, president and CEO of Hatalom Corporation. “This further expands Hatalom’s capabilities and depth within cybersecurity services and grows our presence at the Army’s Mission Training Complexes across the country. This acquisition is a testament to Hatalom’s incredible growth this past year as we continue to expand our capabilities.”
“As a decorated Iraq and Afghanistan Combat Veteran, I had a desire to continue my service by putting some of our Wounded Warriors to work,” said John Burns, Founder of Eagle 6. “I am proud that Eagle 6 has joined Hatalom, which shares similar values and culture, focused on service to our country, customers, and a strong commitment to employees”.
With this acquisition, John Burns will remain with Hatalom and will be involved with strategic business development initiatives for the company. Hatalom’s acquisition of Eagle 6 will give Hatalom a strong presence supporting the Army’s Mission Command training exercises and grow Hatalom’s cybersecurity services offerings.
