Ever wonder what it is like to try to keep up with the Marines? Now is your chance to find out! The Central Florida Marine Corps Foundation is conducting a Marine Corps Physical Fitness Challenge on Oct. 1 which consists of a 3-mile run, pull ups, and as many crunches as you can do in two minutes, all to raise funds for Central Florida Marines.
There are three ways to participate in the challenge:
1. Traditional Participant – Come out on Oct. 1 and join the rest of the crew to take on the challenge.
2. Virtual Participant – In the location of your choice, use your favorite mobile device to track your run and tag us with #CFMCF and #PFTChallenge. Watch your mailbox for your medal and race shirt to arrive!
3. Snooze Button – The ultimate option for those that want to help, but feel like the whole working out thing is not on par with another hour in bed. Register for the event and receive a official “Snooze Button Certificate” for your support.
All registered traditional challenge participants get a race shirt, chip timing and race goodie bag with a custom race medal. And most importantly, everyone gets to help our community!
