JANUS Research Group, LLC, a portfolio company of CM Equity Partners, has acquired Cape Henry Associates, Inc., a leading provider of manpower and personnel analyses and training solutions for the Department of Defense and other Federal customers.
The acquisition expands JANUS’ suite of capabilities and solutions through the addition of Cape Henry’s proprietary Data Science and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (“AI/ML”) products, “LightHouse” and “FogLifter”, and their innovative manpower and personnel analysis and training processes and tools.
