Team-Orlando-MCC-Neller-wThe Marine Corps Commandant, Gen. Robert B. Neller, will be the keynote speaker to kick off their special event at I/ITSEC, “Forging the Future of Marine Corps Training Through Innovation” on Wed., Dec. 2 from 8:30-10 a.m.

The discussion panel is comprised of senior leaders from the Marine Corps’ acquisition system – Combat Developer, Technology Developer, and Material Developer. They will discuss how they view innovations increasing Marine Corps’ training capabilities and hence, combat readiness.

The planned panel members include: Maj. Gen. Lukeman, Commanding General, Training and Education Command; Brig. Gen. Raymond R. Descheneaux, Assistant Deputy Commandant for Aviation (Mobilization); Brig. Gen. Julian D. Alford, Julian D. Alford, Commanding General, Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory; and Brig. Gen. Joseph F. Shrader, Commander, Marine Corps System Command.

This panel of senior Marine Corps leaders will provide insight into how training Marines fits into the national security strategy, now and in the future, from an acquisition, research and technology, and mission readiness perspective.
