The National Center for Simulation is accepting nominations for the 2015 class of the Modeling and Simulation Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame honors men and women who have made meaningful contributions to improving, changing or enhancing modeling and simulation in any of the disciplines in its diverse use. The inaugural class was inducted on March 26, 2014, and will have its permanent home displayed in the South Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center.
A nominee’s field or area of achievement is not limited only to defense. Significant contributions in other areas, like medical/healthcare, technology, entertainment, transportation, education, homeland security, gaming, and other industries will also be considered.
The full NCS Board of Directors will make final selections by December 31, 2014, and an induction ceremony will be held at the Orange County Convention Center during the first half of 2015. Nomination submission forms can be found on the NCS website. Please note submissions will close Oct. 31, 2014.
