Nighthawk Cyber and Design Interactive form Datahawk Design, LLC through SBA Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture

Nighthawk Cyber and Design Interactive announced the formation of Datahawk Design, LLC, an SBA-approved Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture established to support defense, federal, and critical infrastructure missions through advanced cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, immersive technologies, and digital engineering solutions.

The joint venture combines Nighthawk Cyber’s expertise in cybersecurity operations, enterprise IT, and mission-focused AI systems with Design Interactive’s leadership in human-systems integration, extended reality (XR), modeling and simulation, digital twins, and performance optimization technologies.

Together, the companies will deliver integrated capabilities designed to enhance operational readiness, strengthen resilience, and support mission execution across increasingly complex operational environments.
