PEO STRI to Industry: Join Source Selection Improvement Group
TOPICS & CATEGORIES
The Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation Acquisition Center Source Selection Advisory Team (SSAT) is seeking industry partners to participate in the newly created Source Selection Improvement Group (SSIG) forum. The SSAT initiated the SSIG forum with the sole purpose of encouraging constructive exchanges related to the source selection process.
“Developing our organization’s relationship with industry is important all the way up to the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics,” said Cynthia Sherman, Branch Chief – KOS, Source Selection Advisory Team. “The more we listen to industry concern, the better!”
Through focus groups, government and industry will work together to meet this purpose and benefit from the knowledge, experience and lessons learned that each participant brings to the table.
Information and documents for the SSIG forum can be found in the PEO STRI Business Opportunities Portal – SSIG tab. This is the central point for the Source Selection Advisory Team to post all information pertaining to all SSIG government and industry stakeholders. To keep up-to-date on the most recent information, please visit the site periodically.
Any industry stakeholders interested in providing topics and/or participating in the focus groups can fill out the questionnaire included in the announcement area on the STRI BOP SSIG, and send it, or any questions, to email@example.com.
The Source Selection Advisory Committee looks forward to working with industry partners to further their communication and collaboration on the source selection process.
