David Suggs, Obsidian’s strategic account executive for training enterprise services, is a retired Marine Col with 32 years of service and a former MAWTS-1 instructor, and squadron commander. He has developed and implemented force-on-force training at multiple echelons. As the MARFOR Europe and Africa G-3 he oversaw operations and training, supporting two combatant commands. When CO of Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, he modernized the largest USMC range complex to meet training requirements.
