A West Point graduate with over 27 years of service in the U.S. Army, Kane brings over 10 years of operations expertise and program management in the government and simulation sectors to ECS. He has managed critical Army programs within combat, peacekeeping, and humanitarian settings and retired with the rank of Colonel. He utilized his strong operations background to transition to the simulation industry where he has led program management teams for global companies in the defense, government, and commercial sectors. A proven manager who embraces innovative ideas, he will continue to strengthen internal measures, while enhancing relationships with the company’s customers and partners; he will also lead the technical and creative services teams.
