Joel Haythorn has 28 years of experience in both the U.S. and international defense modeling and simulation space, all with Ternion Corporation. He oversees all, and manages some, of Ternion's custom simulation development contracts, which leverage the company's flagship product FLAMES, to create and maintain simulations that are in wide use around the world. Much of his experience has focused on the development of wargames and Command and Control (C2) training simulations, which drive his goal of elevating the readiness of the warfighter by providing the best possible training.
