A former Navy Lieutenant Commander and Naval Aviator, Tom Seland was recently named SIMETRI’s Vice President of Operations. In this role, Tom will oversee strategic, financial, and operational leadership for the company. Before joining SIMETRI Tom held a number of key positions for the Navy with an emphasis in operations, training, and simulation, including program manager, flight operations manager, curriculum developer, contracting representative, and quality assurance manager.
