More Details About ACC-Orlando Hosted PALT
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, ACC-Orlando will continue hosting virtual PALT update sessions via MS TEAMS until further notice. The next session is next week on Tuesday, Jan 11, 2022, at 11:00 a..m. EST. Registered individuals will be able to begin signing in for the session at 10:30 a.m. EST and the session will begin promptly at 11 a.m. ACC-Orlando has noted that “as a professional courtesy to other attendees and government presenters, please ensure you join the session on time!”

In order to attend the Jan. 11 virtual session, individuals should have R.S.V.P’d no later than Sunday,  Jan 2, 2022. However, due to the holiday, it’s included here in case there was any extension for registering. Instructions for joining the session will be provided via email a few days prior to the actual session date.

Moving forward, attendees must RSVP each month for each session. Those published sessions are: Jan. 11, Feb. 8, March 8, Apr. 12, May 10, July 12, Aug. 9, Sept. 13, Oct. 11 and Nov. 8.

There is no standing invite list. When registering, you will have the option of submitting question(s). If you elect to submit an inquiry, ACC-Orlando asks that you pose a specific question, vice simply listing a program acronym or name. This will greatly facilitate our Division Chiefs in providing focused, accurate answers during the session. Given the projected audience size, in the interests of first addressing the questions received in advance, they may not be able to entertain interactive questions during this one hour session.

To ensure they address your most pressing contract related questions, submit them as part of the aforementioned R.S.V.P. process.

With regards to future CY2022 PALT Update Sessions, ACC-Orlando will continue to monitor the COVID situation and will communicate any updates via the sam.gov website. Ensuring the safety of our ACC-Orlando workforce, our Requiring Activity counterparts, and our industry partners will remain our top priority.

Although minutes/notes for PALT Update Sessions will not be taken or provided, at the sole discretion of the owning activity, any charts/presentations presented during these PALT Update Sessions may be posted to the ACC-ORL public website, for your future reference.
