April 16 is Team Orlando Spring Industry Capability Day presented by National Center for Simulation, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. in UCF’s Partnership 3, Room 321 A/B.
AITC is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), SBA 8(a) and Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Certified. We are a full Systems Integrator and VAR, Service Provider to Federal/DOD Territory. AITC will demonstrate Technologies that support Live, Virtual and Constructive Training. Some of the technologies and solutions that we will present are: Wireless Mobility, Video and Video Distribution Servers, Storage, Workstations, Computing Virtualization, Thin Client, Cloud Solutions Networking, Telecommunications, and Security. These Solutions closely aligned with PEO STRI Training and Simulation Mission.
AVT will be demonstrating their reconfigurable Apache helicopter gunnery training system. This device is representative of a family of devices developed by AVT to provide individual and collective training to attack helicopter crews. These low-cost devices are used primarily by foreign governments to provide daily training when overall training costs are restricted or operational lights are too costly because of fuel and other operational costs. The devices are portable and can be moved from classroom to the flight line in a matter of hours. The training is provided using simulated cockpit controls that have the exact form and fit as the real cockpit. In a collective environment, they provide both crew and squadron tactics training.
Carley Corporation specializes in analysis, design, development and implementation of large-scale, complex blended training solutions.
Design Interactive, Inc., will demonstrate the latest adaptive training systems and applications use deep behavioral and physiological diagnostics to optimize Warfighter performance.
Engineering & Computer Simulations has more than 16 years experience in delivering superior, award-winning simulation to the Department of Defense, government agencies and the commercial market. They are the leading experts in developing valuable simulation for immersive programs such as virtual worlds, serious gaming, performance assessment, virtual staff training, and mobile innovations. ECS – Delivering Innovative Results.
Global Modeling and Simulation Technologies, Inc. (GMSTI) has over 25 years of experience in simulations and simulators. GMSTI is a service-disabled, veteran-owned, small business (SDVOSB) and certified veteran enterprise (CVE). We have developed real-time simulator systems such as the Army’s Close Combat Tactical Trainer and simulations like WARSIM, JSIMS, JWARS and OneSAF. We also work with game-based simulations for training. Our personnel are currently teaming with companies to exploit simulation development systems to build a simulator of the scope and capabilities. As an industry expert, Dr. Stone leads our team of our engineers, computer programmers, system analysts, trainers, evaluators, designers and animators to capture the time and cost efficiencies required by our clients, while developing the most realistic virtual models for simulation exercises and proficiencies. Our simulation expertise and experience will pave the way for you to plan, design, develop and implement modeling and simulation training and organizational requirements. We can work with any type of simulation program, model, tool, or interface mechanism to help you understand and employ its value for your company growth and projects.
Knovel is a cloud-based simulation application integrating technical information with graphical analytical and search tools to drive innovation and deliver answers engineers can trust. Knovel is currently deployed in 11 U. S. Government Directorates & agencies including NAVSEA Puget Sound, Panama City, NAVAIR Pax River, Lakehurst, SPAWAR, -NRL, USN Post Graduate School, and others.
Operative Experience produces anatomically correct high fidelity simulators including ruggedized, field-ready, soldier-form remotely-activated manikins that breathe, hemorrhage, move and pulse. Wound patterns across a set of mass casualty simulators reflect an IED detonation followed by an ambush and include traumatic amputations, facial trauma, high velocity gunshot wounds, bowel evisceration, burns, blast injuries and fractures. Simulators enable practice in needle decompression, cricothyroidomy, hemorrhage control (tourniquet, wound packing, junctional tourniquet); sternal intraosseous, humeral intraosseous, oropharyngeal airway, nasophargeal airway, and fracture splinting.
At Polhemus, it is our mission to give customers the power to break new ground through innovative, cost effective enabling technologies for the real and virtual world. We precision position and orientation (6DOF) measurements used to track pilot line of sight, warrior posture and movement, and simulated military equipment in order to marelevant industry expertise, patented technology, and proven success to the military and commercial marketplaces.
Precision Assembly Technologies/MJ Impulse Inc. will showcase the world’s first and only mobile, duel sensory, distraction control training, simulation device. Designed in a lightweight durable eyewear frame and manufactured according to Aerospace specifications, this technology meets all of the requirements demanded by the United States Military. Sensory overload (stress failure loads) and its effect on combat performance has been researched and scientifically studied for more than five decades. Now for the first time, a viable and cost effective solution is available in terms of implemented a mobile, distraction control training system that can be deployed anyplace and anytime for tactical combat preparation.
Presagis will present our virtual world platform. This platform leverages Presagis tools such as Creator, Terra Vista, and STAGE to reduce cost and time to implement new scenarios and environments. This persistent virtual world has been designed to support thousands of concurrent users and brings the virtual world environment to the web and mobile platforms. This experienced team has been leveraging lessons learned from previous experience as the developers of the OLIVE platform. This demonstration will consist of a currently deployed mine disaster response training system in the virtual world for Rio Tinto Copper.
A leader in simulation and training, RealTime Immersive empowers its customers to create the most immersive and effective virtual learning experiences possible with the lowest investment of time, money and effort.
