Leading the Growth of the Modeling, Simulation and Training Industry

The Orlando-based National Center for Simulation (NCS) promotes coordination, collaboration, and public awareness for its national and international member organizations. It is a national, non-profit organization with government, academic, and industry members operating as an open consortium.

NCS is focused on efforts to promote, protect, and set the conditions for growing the $6B Florida modeling, simulation, and training (MS&T) industry and to support outreach, technology transfer, education, and business development opportunities for our government, industry, and academic partners.

THE MISSION

NCS serves as an important link between the military, local, state, and federal leaders, MS&T industry companies, and academia engaged in research, development, and application of modeling, simulation and training technology.  While also serving as a bridge between the “traditional” defense simulation organizations and other simulation-related communities of interest, such as education, medical/health care, manufacturing, digital media, space, gaming and entertainment.
