In light of escalating tensions in the Indo-Pacific and the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict, it will be crucial to drive individual and collective readiness and forge ever-important strategic ties with partners and allies. The Land Forces Training Summit, taking place on February 28-March 1 in Orlando, FL will address this through high-level discussions on:

  • Providing a realistic, immersive collective training experience to the next generation of warfighters through the leveraging of commercial off-the-shelf synthetics and virtual, mixed and augmented reality technologies
  • Optimizing training output and demonstrate training effectiveness through the use of advanced big data capture and exploitation technologies
  • Maximizing the effectiveness of training delivery by establishing interoperability and lasting relationships with military and industry training partners
  • Establishing a modern, progressive doctrine that assures your preparedness for multi-domain operations and the future threat context

Harriet Turner, Land Forces Training Conference Director said ‘’We have recently confirmed Lieutenant General Hans-Peter Walser, Chief of Training and Education Command / Deputy Chief of the Swiss Armed Forces, who will deliver immense value to the community attending. General Walser will discuss the future of training and education in Switzerland, a leading nation in simulation and digitalization proficiency.’’

‘’We will also be joined by industry partner, Marathon Robotics, who will deliver a brief on how we can create ‘Pre-Combat Veterans’ by training against an intelligent army of autonomous robots, also reflecting on critical lessons learned from training Polish and Ukrainian Forces.’’

Land Forces Training boasts a speaker faculty from the U.S, Australia, Canada, Hungary, Netherlands and Switzerland.
