Given the urgent need to adapt to confront near-peer adversaries, the optimization of soldier performance is of critical importance – enabling the posture and level of readiness necessary to tackle emerging challenges. As such, we are delighted to announce that the annual IDGA Land Forces Training summit will be taking place in Orlando, Florida, on February 28 – March 01, where we will gain unrivalled insights from senior military leaders from the U.S. and allied nations.

This event will provide the bridge between land forces training doctrine and technology, building meaningful consensus across coalitions and industry partnerships on the training needs of the future warfighter.

The 2023 speaker faculty boasts representatives from the U.S, Australia, Canada, Hungary, Netherlands, and NATO member states. These experts from the military training community will be coming together to network and explore cutting-edge technology solutions for training. Throughout the two-day event, Land Forces Training will host 200 senior military practitioners, industry leaders, and academia, providing a vital platform to learn, share and connect. Chaired by Dr. James Blake, SES, Former PEO, STRI, this conference will cover:

· Live training approaches, simulation, and synthetic training development

· New technologies that allow for the leveraging of data to elevate training performance

· Building readiness at the individual and collective levels

· Increasing interoperability

Harriet Turner, Conference Producer for Land Forces Training said: “Land Forces Training is a unique event that hosts experts from across the international training community as they address the topics that go beyond the technical and go deeper into the crux of matching national requirements with effective, long-term solutions.”
